1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For one year from date of purchase, Malibu Lighting Corporation warrants the Malibu Solar Lights against defects due to workmanship or materials to the original purchaser.

The Malibu Lighting Corporation’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the following guidelines:

• This warranty does not cover units that have been altered/modified or damaged due to: normal wear, rust, abuse, improper maintenance and/or improper use.

• This warranty does not cover surface scratches to fixtures, which is considered normal wear.

• Malibu Lighting Corporation may elect to repair or replace damaged units covered by the terms of this warranty.

• This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent purchasers.

Malibu Lighting Corporation requires reasonable proof of purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain your sales receipt or invoice. To obtain repair or

replacement of your Malibu Solar Lights under the terms of this warranty, please call Customer Service Department at 888-295-7348 for a Return Authorization Number and

further instructions. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Malibu Lighting Corporation will not be responsible for any units forwarded to us without a Return

Authorization Number.

EXCEPT AS ABOVE STATED, THE MALIBU LIGHTING CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY.

THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME

PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE MALIBU SOLAR LIGHTS TO COMPLY WITH THIS WARRANTY OR

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS EXCLUDED. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE CHARGED IS BASED UPON THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THE WARRANTY

SET OUT ABOVE. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION

MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

Malibu Lighting Corporation garantit Malibu Éclairage de Solaire pendant 1 an à compter de la date d’achat contre les défauts de fabrication ou de matières à l’acheteur initial.

1. Push ground stake tip fully into the ground.

2. Push spotlight base into the stake.

1. Presione la punta de la estaca del suelo completamente en el suelo.

To replace batteries:

1. Remove plastic ring from inside by unscrewing the ring counter-clockwise.

2. Pull out the lens, gasket, and reflector/battery compartment.

3. Remove batteries. Replace with new rechargeable alkaline batteries.

4. Reinsert reflector/battery compartment, gasket, lens and plastic ring. Turn clockwise to lock in place.

Para reemplazar las baterías:

1. Extraiga el aro plástico del interior destornillándolo hacia la izquierda.

2. Retire la lente, la junta y el compartimiento del reflector/batería.

3. Extraiga las baterías. Reemplácelas con nuevas baterías alcalinas recargables.

4. Vuelva a insertar el compartimiento del reflector/baterías, junta, lente y aro plástico.

Gírelo hacia la derecha para trabarlo en su lugar.

Remplacement des piles :

1. Retirer l'anneau de plastique situé à l'intérieur en dévissant l'anneau dans le sens contraire des

aiguilles d'une montre.

2. Sortir les lentilles, le joint et le logement du réflecteur et des piles.

3. Sortir les piles. Installer des piles alcalines fraîches rechargeables.

4. Réinsérer le logement du réflecteur et des piles, le joint, les lentilles et l'anneau de plastique.

Tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour verrouiller fermement.

1. Loosen bolt to adjust light angle.

2. Retighten to maintain desired light direction.

3. Push button on back of light to turn on and off.

4. Align the solar panel so that it is pointed at the noon-time sun.

This angle will change with the seasons.

1. Afloje el perno de fijación para ajustar el ángulo de la luz.

2. Vuelva a apretarlo para mantener la dirección de la luz deseada.

3. Presione el botón posterior de la luz para encenderla y apagarla.

4. Alinee el panel solar de manera tal que apunte al sol del mediodía.

1. Desserrer le boulon pour ajuster l'angle d'éclairage.

2. Resserrer pour maintenir l'angle d'éclairage désiré.

3. Appuyer sur le bouton situé à l'arrière du projecteur pour allumer ou éteindre.

4. Aligner le panneau solaire et l'orienter vers la position du soleil à midi.

Cet angle se déplacera selon les saisons.
